- Prepare 4 cups of All purpose flour.
- Make ready 1 teaspoon of dry Yeast.
- Take 1 tablespoon of regular Sugar.
- It’s 1/2 cup of warm Milk.
- Take 1 teaspoon of Salt.
- Make ready 2 tablespoon of melted Butter.
- It’s 1/2 cup of diced green Capsicum.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of diced red Capsicum.
- You need 1 of big diced tomato.
- You need 1 of big pickle(soaked in vinegar for some days) green chilli diced.
- You need 5 of Garlic pods diced.
- Take 1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese.
- It’s 1 teaspoon of dry mixed Italian herbs.
- It’s 1 teaspoon of red Chilli flakes.

Savoury Doughnuts instructions
- In 1/2 cup of warm milk add sugar and yeast and keep for 8-10 minutes to activate..
- In a big mixing bowl add flour and salt, mix well..
- Make a hole in the centre of the flour and pour the bloomed yeast and melted butter..
- Mix slowly with a spatula to incorporate..
- Now slowly add warm water to make a soft dough..
- Rub some oil to the dough and cover it..
- Keep aside in a warm place for an hour or till dough becomes double in size..
- After an hour take out the dough in a work place or kitchen platform and knead well by stretching and folding method..
- Char all the vegetables and also garlic except pickled chilli in little oil to enhance the flavor..
- Add all the charred veggies, onions, garlic, cheese, chilli flakes and herbs to the dough and mix well..
- Take a donut mould and grease with little oil..
- Take a little lime size dough, make a ball and place in the mould..
- Alternatively you can make a log and arrange in a loaf tin to make a loaf shaped bread..
- Preheat oven at 200 degree Centigrade for 10 minutes..
- In the meantime keep aside the mould with dough for 10 minutes They will rise again a little bit..
- Now bake these doughnut breads for about 15 to 20 minutes or till light golden brown in colour..
- Remove from oven. Keep these baked doughnuts in wired rack to cool..
- Enjoy with tomato ketchup or just as they are..
