It’s 4 tbsp of Yogurt.

Quick milk sweet instructions
Mix condensed milk with yogurt. Beat 4 to 5 mins..
Pour it in the pan, add 2 tbsp of ghee and cook for 3 to 4 min in medium flame..
When it starts to cuddle add another 2 tbsp ghee and cook for 3 mins. Keep stirring..
Now add 2 tbsp ghee, stir it and cook until it forms like dough..
Now remove from flame then add saffron, cardamom powder, 1/2 portion chopped nuts, mix well and spread it on a greased plate and spread the garnish nuts..
When it cools down, cut into squares and serve..
