Ingredients of Burnt Basque cheesecake
- Take 180 gr of Philadelphia cheesecream -cold.
- Make ready 2 of medium eggs -cold.
- You need 1 cup of double cream - cold.

- You need 1.5 tbsp of cake flour.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of vanilla.
Burnt Basque cheesecake step by step
- Heat oven on 220- Put all together and mix all together with hand mixer (medium to high). This take about 1-2 minutes.
