- Cream butter and sugar together.
- Mix in flour.
- Place the mixture in a ziplock bag or cover with a cling film and place it in the fridge for about an hour.
- Roll mixture slightly and shape it as you desire.
- Bake at gas mark 5 for about 30 mins.
