  7. You need of haldi powder (turmeric).
  8. Make ready of Paneer cubes.
  9. Take of & 1/2 tsp Kashmir red chilli powder.
  10. Make ready of & 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder (coriander powder).
  11. Make ready of jeera (cumin seeds).
  12. Take of Kitchen king powder.
  13. Take of garam masala powder.
  14. You need of kasuri methi powder.
  15. You need of bay leaves (tej patta).
  16. You need of black cardamom.
  17. Take of cinnamon stick.
  18. Prepare of tspns dahi (curd).
  19. You need of Chopped coriander leaves for garnish.

Tasty & Delicious PALAK MUTTER PANEER instructions

  1. Preparation: 2 bunch PALAK remove steams wash & keep ready. We have to Blanch PALAK.

Boil water in pan add palak leaves  for 2 minutes & transfer it in ice cold water. As it's cool drain the water. Let's prepare puree of it,keep aside..

  1. In a nonstick pan add little amount of oil & butter approx 1/4 tsp fry the paneer cubes  for a minute, keep aside..
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil and 1 tsp  butter in a nonstick pan,  as it's hot add 1 black cardamom, 1 pc cinnamon stick, 2 bay leaves and 1/2 tsp  jeera, as splutters  add 5 finely chopped onions and add some salt to it to gets onion fried soon. Saute onions for 2 to 3 minutes & add 2 tspns ginger garlic paste and saute till the ginger garlic paste gets fried in it..
  3. Add 3 Chopped green chillies,  1/2 tsp  haldi powder,  1 & 1/2 tsp  Kashmir red chilli powder,  1& 1/2 tsp  dhaniya powder,  1/2 tsp  Kitchen king powder, 1/2 tsp  garam masala powder,  

1/4 tsp  kasuri methi powder  mix and fry for a minute, add 4 finely chopped tomatoes fry again and add 2 dahi (curd), now fry the Masala until the oil saperates. It takes 2 to 3 minutes..

  1. Now add  Green peas  and salt as per taste and little water.

Cover and cook for 5 minutes.  Now add fried paneer cubes and mix it. Then add Palak puree And some water and stir and cook for approx 3 minutes, now add salt as per PALAK puree quantity, as we had add salt before. Mix it for a minute..

  1. Your PALAK PANEER MUTTER is ready.
