You need 5 cups of White rice ( shinkafan tuwo.
Make ready 2 cups of normal rice (cooked n soft).
You need 1/4 of Onions.
It’s 1/2 of cupSugar/.
You need Pinch of salt to taste.
You need of Oil( optional for brushing d pan before first use.
Make ready of Nono(yeast).
Prepare of Baking powder.

Pick dirt from rice.
Wash and soak it overnight.
Wash again.
Add both rice and yeast and blend or take it to the mill to be grinded.
When back from blending it add baking powder n Nono mix n cover it to rise.
When risen, add sugar n little salt n mix well.
On a nonstick pan. Scoop paste and spread evenly.
When brown,remove and continue with d rest.
Can be eaten with miyan taushe or veg sauce or chicken soup.
