Ingredients of Kanya's Shrimps with Asparagus
- Make ready 500 grams of asparagus.
- Take 400 grams of shrimps.
- Prepare 100 grams of garlic.
- You need 1 tsp of black pepper.
- It’s 1 1/2 tbsp of oyster sauce.
- It’s 1 tsp of sugar.
- It’s 1 of salt water to blanc shrimps and asparagus.
- Make ready 1 of oil to fry as needed / about half tablespoon or less.
- Take 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil.
- Take 2/3 tbsp of soya sauce.
Kanya's Shrimps with Asparagus step by step
- Chop asparagus ,i use only soft part ,blanch in salt boil water about 1 mins,shocked in iced bath or let it cool in running water,drain,and set aside.
- Clean ,devein fresh shrimps,blanch it 30 seconds ,do same way as asparagus.
- Crush garlic and fry on low haet until crispy.
- In mixing bowl add in asparagus,shrimps,all seasoning,crispy garlic.
- Now to stir fry with a wok,or stir fry pan ,add some oil half tbsp,on medium heat,stir fry all in one time,cook it about 2 mins ,then heat off,serve hot with steamed jasmine rice :).
