Ingredients of Sinasir
It’s 2 cups of raw shinkafar tuwo.
Prepare 1/2 cup of cooked shinkafar tuwo.
You need 1 1/2 tbspn of yeast.
Prepare to taste of Salt.
You need to taste of Sugar.
Make ready of Water.
It’s 1 of small onion.

Blend in raw and cooked shinkafar tuwo with the onion and water the mixture should be thick.
Pour it in a bowl and in the yeast and put it in a warm place to rice for 1-1½hrs.
Add in your salt and sugar and mix, if its too thick add a little bit of water.
Don't let it be too watery because it will be breaking when frying.
In a pan put a spoon of oil and pour a little bit of the mixture and fry till it looks lyk dis.
Fry the other side too.
