  9. For 20-25 minutes. Check with cake skewer after 20 minutes, if it comes out dry, the cake is done.
  10. Allow to cool in pans for 10 minutes the turn out onto cooling rack.
  11. Top with your choice of icing. I like to use icing sugar and ideal milk, but this time I used icing sugar, vanilla essence and fresh cream. It does whip up nicely on high speed. Grate chocolate over the top.
