Ingredients of Power Paked Salad
- Take 200 gms of broccoli.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of greeted carrot.
- Make ready 1/4 cup of Sprouted moong.
- It’s 1/4 cup of green Pease.
- Take 1 of tomato chopped.
- It’s 1/4 cup of bell pepper.
- It’s 50 gms of Mushrooms.
- It’s 50 gms of paneer.
- You need 1 tsp of seesam seeds.
- You need 2 tsp of seesam oil.
- Prepare 10 of basil leaves.
- Take to taste of Rock salt.
- Take to taste of Chat Masala.
- Take To taste of Black pepper powder.
Power Paked Salad step by step
- Take a pan add 2cup of water and allow it comes to a boil then add broccoli 2 minutes cook it in high flame After 2minutes switch off the flame and strain it now in a bowl take some ice cubes add boiled broccoli when broccoli is completely cool down take a kitchen towel dry this boiled and chilled broccoli.
Now take a bowl mix all vegetables salt,seesam seeds, black pepper powder,and oil also after mix this all ingredients take a serving plate topping some seesam seeds and basil leaves and serve.
