  6. Prepare 80 ml of double cream.
  7. It’s 3 of egg yolks.
  8. Make ready 90 grams of dark chocolate.
  9. Prepare 15 grams of butter.
  10. You need of Butterscotch Earl Grey pudding.
  11. Prepare 660 ml of milk.
  12. You need 210 grams of dark brown sugar.
  13. You need 6 tablespoon of corn starch.
  14. Prepare 3 of egg yolks.
  15. Prepare 30 gram of butter.
  16. Make ready 2 of teabags or 1 teaspoon loose leaf earl-grey.

Earl Grey Butterscotch and Chocolate pudding instructions

  1. Chocolate pudding: In a bowl, whisk egg yolks, sugar, corn starch and cocoa powder in a bowl until a thick paste is formed. (A).
