- It’s 1/5 cup of spinach paste.
- You need To taste of salt.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of chopped garlic.
- You need 1 of chopped green chilli.
- You need 1 of chopped onion.
- Take 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds.
- Take 1/2 tsp of ajwain.
- It’s 1/2 cup of oil.
- You need 1 tsp of Chat masala.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
- It’s 1 tbsp of choppped and boiled carrot.
- It’s 1 tbsp of chopped and boiled peas.
- You need 1/2 cup of smashed paneer.

- Dry roast semolina and keep aside. Add 1.5 tbsp oil to pan. Add asafetida and mustard seeds. Add garlic and saute for 20 seconds. Add onion. Saute for 2 minutes. Add carrot,peas. Saute for 1 minute. Add salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,chat masala, black pepper powder. Mix well. Add potato..
- After 1 minute add paneer. Cooking after 2 minutes put off the flame and keep aside the stuffing. Add 1 tbsp oil to pan. Let it hot. Add ajwain. After 15 seconds add spinach paste,salt. Let it come to boil. Then add semolina gradually. Mix and let it dry. Let it cool..
- Stuff paneer mixture into spinach semolina mixture and make balls and flatten. Add rest of the oil to pan and fry balls till golden brown. It will take 5 minutes..
