- It’s 500 g of lean turkey mince.
- Take 1 tbsp of olive oil.
- It’s 1 of onion diced.
- Take 1 of pepper diced.
- Prepare 1 of garlic clove minced.
- Prepare 400 ml of can of chopped tomatoes.
- You need 200 ml of chicken stock.
- You need 1 tsp of chilli powder.
- Take 1 tsp of smoked paprika.
- You need 1 tsp of ground cumin.
- It’s 2 tbsps of tomato puree.
- Make ready of salt and pepper for seasoning.
- Make ready 50 g of dairy free cheese grated.
- Prepare 4 of large handfuls of gluten free tortilla chips.
- Prepare 4 tbsps of crushed avocado.
- Take 4 tbsps of tomato salsa.
Turkey Chilli Nachos step by step
- Place the olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat
Add in the onion, pepper, garlic, chilli, paprika and cumin
Sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add in the turkey mince and brown for 5 minutes
Pour in the chopped tomatoes, chicken stock and tomato puree
Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until the sauce has thickened
Season to taste.
- Divide the tortilla chips between four bowls
Spoon on the turkey chilli and spinkle on some dairy freecheese
Place under the grill for a couple of minutes.
- Top with the crushed avocado and tomato salsa.
