  1. Make ready 16-20 pieces of - Wanton (Homemade/ Frozen/ Stall).
  2. You need 4 of hip tablespoon - 老乾媽 (chilli in oil).
  3. Make ready 4 tablespoon of - Black vinegar.
  4. It’s 1 tablespoon of - soy sauce (I used coconut aminos).
  5. You need 1 tablespoon of - sesame oil.
  6. You need of Minced garlic (optional).

紅油抄手 SICHUAN SPICY WANTON IN RED OIL (INSPIRED BY DTF) step by step

  1. Boil wanton in water until they are cooked (float on top of water) I used frozen wanton because I've no time to make once they are cooked drain the water.
  2. Mix sauce in a separate bowl. 4 hip tablespoon of 老乾媽 (chilli in oil) - adjust the amount of oil to your liking. 4 tablespoon of black vinegar. 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (I used coconut aminos) and lastly a tablespoon of sesame oil.
  3. Put cooked wanton in a bowl, put the sauce over.. Sprinkle with spring onion and coriander 😋😋.
