Ingredients of Sinasir
Make ready 2 cups of Shinkafar tuwo.
Prepare 1 of small onions.
It’s 1 tbsp of yeast.
It’s 4 of tblsp youghurt.
Prepare Pinch of salt.
Prepare 2 of tblsp suger.
Take of Veg oil for frying.
Take 1 cup of cooked rice.

Soak the rice for 30minutes,wash, add onions and grind the soaked rice, add yeast suger,salt and youghurt.
Add the cooked rice,stire and allow to rise for 2- 3hours depends on the weather.
Heat your non stick fring pan grease some oil, pour the batter into the pan cover and fry on low heat.
Flip to fry the other side.
Done! Enjoy with veg soup🍲,honey, suger, or Suya 😋😋.
