Ingredients of Palak Paneer Bhurji
- You need 200 gm of paneer.
- You need 200 gm of palak(spinach).
- Prepare 15 of Cashew nuts.
- Take 25 gm of Butter.
- Take 1 of small onion.
- Prepare 1 of large tomato.
- You need 1 tsp of Jeera /cumin seeds.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri mirch powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Garam masala.
- Take 1/2 tsp of Black pepper powder.
- Take 1 tsp of Ginger Garlic paste.
- It’s 1 tsp of Tandoori Masala (Optional).
- It’s 1 tsp of Maggi masala.
- You need 1 tsp of Kasuri Methi.
- It’s to taste of Salt.
- It’s 1 tsp of Sugar.
Palak Paneer Bhurji instructions
- Mash the paneer. Add maggi masala and salt to it and keep aside.
- Roast the cashew nuts.
- Boil palak with one tomato. Add roasted Cashew nuts and Make a fine paste of it..
- Now in a pan, add butter. Then add jeera to it. Cook for 1 min in low flame.
- Add onions, Ginger Garlic paste and Black Pepper. Cook in low flame till onions turns into golden brown.
- Add paneer bhurji to it. Add all the spices together and mix well. Cook for 3-5 min in low flame..
- Add palak paste and cook for 3 mins in low flame and then cover it for another 3 min.
- After 3 min, add 1 tsp Sugar and 1 tsp vinegar. Add Kasuri Methi. Mix well and off the flame.
- Topping with some dry fruits of your choice and serve hot.
