Ingredients of Sinasir
It’s 3 cups of rice.
It’s 1/3 cup of sugar.
You need 1 tbsp of yeast.
Make ready 1 tsp of baking powder.
Take 1 tsp of salt.
You need of Oil for greasing.

Sinasir instructions
Wash and rinse the rice with water at least 3 times, then soak for 3-4 hours..
Blend on high speed blender until smooth..
Add 1 cup of the batter into another bowl, add some hot boiling water into the batter. Whisk well until thick and smooth and allow it to cool completely..
Add the remaining batter in a large bowl together with the thick batter. Mix well..
Add yeast and mix until everything is well combined. Cover and place in a warm place for 1 hour..
Add sugar, salt and baking powder and mix well..
Grease non stick pan with oil. Pour 1 cup of the batter and cover to cook on low heat for 3 minutes. Bon appétit! 😘😘😘.
