- Mix egg yolk, all seasoning, and all wet ingredients in a blender or a mixing bowl.
Let settle in the refrigerator until potatoes are boiled and cooled..

- Dice potatoes and fold in all other ingredients..
- Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
