Ingredients of Sinasir
Take 4 cups of White rice.
Make ready 1/2 cup of cooked white rice.
You need 1/4 cup of sugar or less.
Take 4 TBS of nono or Yoghurt.
Take 1 TBS of yeast.
You need 1 tsp of baking powder.
Make ready of Potash water as required.
Prepare to taste of Salt.

Sinasir instructions
Wash and soak rice for not more than 6 hrs..
Add cooled cooked rice to the soaked rice and grind into smooth runny paste..
Add yeast and yoghurt to the paste and stir..
Cover and allow to rise overnight or few hours..
Then add salt, sugar,baking powder and potash. Mix thoroughly and adjust to taste(if still sour add some more potash). The consistency of the paste should be thinner than masa. Then cover and allow to rest for few minutes..
The mixture should be frothy and pour able consistency. Then heat non stick pan and brush with oil. Pour the mixture into the pan and cover. Allow to cook under medium low heat without flipping, then remove and serve..
