Ingredients of Chilli parotta

  1. Make ready 5 of Wheat Parottas.
  2. You need 1 of Onion big, sliced.
  3. Take 1 of Onion big, diced.
  4. Prepare 2 of Capsicum, diced.
  5. You need 2 of Tomato, chopped.
  6. You need 2 of Carrot, cut into strips.
  7. It’s 2 of Egg.
  8. It’s 1 cup of coriander leaves, chopped.
  9. You need 1 inch of Ginger, minced.
  10. Make ready 3 cloves of Garlic, minced.
  11. Take 4 of Green chilies, chopped.
  12. Prepare 2 of Bay leaves.
  13. Make ready 3 – 4 tbsp of Stock / water.
  14. Make ready 1/2 of lemon juice.
  15. Take 3 tbsp of Oil.
  16. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  17. Take of Dry spices:.
  18. Make ready 1 1/2 tbsp. of Chilli powder.
  19. Make ready 1/4 tbsp. of Turmeric powder.
  20. It’s 1/2 tbsp. of Cumin powder.

  23. It’s 1 tbsp of Soy sauce.
  24. Take 2-3 tbsp of Tomato ketchup.
  25. Take 2 tbsp of Chilli sauce.

Chilli parotta instructions

  1. Left over parottas, cut/ tear the Parottas into bite able cube size..
  2. This is optional: at this stage you can make thin batter, as explained above and dip the Parotta pieces and immediately fry them until little crisp. Strain the excess oil..

  7. Now add in the cooked Parotta cubes and saute well, for all the sauces and spices to mix together. Pour in the 3 spoon of stock / water and check for the final spices. Cook this on high flame and keep on stirring, until the stock evaporates..
  8. Squeeze lemon juice and add coriander leaves. Serve it as it is or with thick yogurt. Kids would love for their tiffin..
