  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  11. It’s of Salt as per taste.
  12. You need 1/4 tsp of garam masala powder.
  13. Take 1 tbsp of meat masala powder (optional).
  14. It’s 1 tsp of degi mirch powder (optional).
  15. Make ready of Coriander for garnish.
  16. Take 2 tbsp of butter.
  17. Make ready 3 tbsp of cooking oil.
  18. Take 2 of bay leaf.

  1. Take a thick bottom vessel. Heat it and put oil..
  2. Add garlic and giner, turns golden red. After that add onions,saute till golden..
  3. Now add tomates and chillies stir it.and cover till tomates become soften..
  4. Transfer the masala into plate and allow to cool..
  5. When the masala cool down blend it into mixer with little water to get nice thick paste..
  6. Again in a same vessel add butter allow to heat and add bay leaf and half a tbsp of red chilli powder.wait for splutter.,now add one spoon of water to get red colour, and add the masala paste into it..
  7. Cover the lid for 10 min., After 10 min.add all the masalas and stir it nicely. Cover the lid again..
  8. Remove the lid, now add washed chicken pieces,give a stir to it.and cover the lid again for 30 min..
  9. After 30 min.remove the lid.stir it again.cooked the chicken till soften..
  10. Add water for gravy according to desired consistency. Sprinkle garam masala and coriander..
  11. Serve it with naan, garlic naan, rice..
