  5. Now add turmeric,chilli powder and pav bhaji masala and cook for about 30 second..
  6. Now in to this add our boiled and mashed vegetables, ½ tsp salt..
  7. Mix and mash well making sure everything is well combined.Now add 1 cup water adjusting consistency as required..
  8. Cook for 5,6 minutes. coriander and 1 tsp lemon juice. mix well..
  9. Now To toast the pav, heat 1 tsp butter and saute pav bhaji masala powder,.slice 2 pav into half and aply butter. toast slightly until the pav turns warm..
  10. Finally, serve and enjoy pav bhaji topped with more grated paneer..
