Ingredients of Sinasir
Prepare 3 cups of raw white rice.
Take 1 cup of cooked rice.
It’s 2.5 teaspoon of yeast.
You need 6 of tablspn of sugar(optional).
Take 3 cups of water.
Make ready Pinch of salt.
You need of Onions(optional).
Take of Veg oil.

Sinasir instructions
Soak the raw rice in water overnight.
Drain the raw white rice and blend with the cooked rice together with the yeast.make sure the batter is thick.
Pour batter into a large bowl cover and leave in a warm place for it to rise,ferment and collapse.
Add sugar,salt and onions to taste if meeded.
It should not be watery and not very thick.
Heat your non-stick pan over medium heat with a tablespoon of oil,put 1 and half cup of the batter and cover it.
Cook for 3 to 4mins until the back is golden brown and the front forms circles.
You can serve your sinasir with stew,vegetable soup,or with suya just as u desire..
