Ingredients of Brownie Cake
- Take 250 gm of All-purpose flour.
- Take 1 cup of Choco chips.
- Make ready 1 cup of Chocolate ganache.
- You need 1/2 cup of Whipping cream.
- You need 2 tsp of Cocoa powder 3/4th cup.
- You need 1 tbsp of Baking powder.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of Baking soda.
- Take 1/2 cup of Unsalted butter.
- You need 2 tbsp of Vegetable oil.
- It’s 1/2 cup of Milk.
- Take 1 cup of Sugar.
- It’s 3-4 tbsp of Dark chocolates.
Brownie Cake instructions
- Take a bowl and add all-purpose flour, Cocoa powder,butter, vegetables oil..
- Mix it well..
- Add baking soda and baking powder in it..
- Mix it well to form a thick batter..
- Add milk as per the requirement to make a mixture thick..
- Preheat the microwave at 180degree for 15-20minutes..
- Now take a cake tin and grease it with butter..
- Pour the chocolate batter mixture to it and microwave it for 20-25 minutes..
- You can check whether the cake is baked by using toothpick..
- Once it is baked take it out from the microwave and let it cool on a room temperature..
- Take it our from the tin and set it onto a plate..
- Now for preparing thr frosting take a bowl and add fresh cream,sugar and little bit of choco syrup to it..
- Whisk it well to make it creamy..
- Now divide the cake into 2-3slices once it cools down..
- Now layer it with chocolate cream and chocolate ganache on it..
- This will be done in three layers as it is a layery cake..
- The final and the top step is to pour the chocolate ganache on the cake and let it set into the refrigerator for 20-30minutes..
