  1. You need 1/2 kg of tinde( apple gourd).
  2. Make ready as needed of Oil for frying.
  3. You need 2 of onion in thick slices.
  4. Prepare 2 of tomatoes grated.
  5. It’s 1 inch of ginger chopped.
  6. Make ready to taste of Salt.
  7. You need 1/2 spoon of chilli powder.
  8. Prepare 1/2 spoon of turmeric powder.
  9. It’s 1 spoon of coriander powder.
  10. It’s 1/4 spoon of cumin seeds.
  11. Prepare Handful of coriander leaves chopped.

Tasty tinde instructions

  1. Cut tinde in quarters and fry them till golden brown. Fry onions as well..
  2. In another pan add 1 spoon oil. Once heated add cumin seeds. Wait till they splutter then add ginger to it. Next add grated tomatoes. Cook for 4 minutes then add dry masalas to it and mix well. Once tomatoes leave oil then add fried onion and tinde and mix well. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5 minutes. Make sure the tinda are tender then switch off the flame. Add coriander leaves and mix well..
