This is an authentic German cheesecake recipe from my friend Isolde, a dear friend and coworker, gave to me many years ago. Quark is found in Germany and parts of Europe.

Ingredients of Cheesecake

  1. Prepare 1 bag of Graham crackers.
  2. Take 1 stick of butter.
  3. Make ready 1 of Cream cheese.
  4. Make ready 1 can of condensed milk.
  5. Make ready 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt.
  6. Take 3 of eggs.
  7. Prepare 2 handfuls of Strawberries.
  8. You need of 1 cup sugar.

Cheesecake step by step

  1. Crush Graham crackers.
  2. Melt stick of butter.
  3. Add pulverized Graham cracker to melted butter & mix well.
  4. Add crumb mixture to pan of your choice..
  5. Mix very well the condensed milk, cream cheese, yogurt & 3 eggs..
  6. Grab your strawberries wash them and coat them with a cup of sugar, mix well, cook in pan until color pops..
  7. Place cheese cake in oven for 20 minutes. Afterwards add strawberries on top and let cool. Put in refrigerator & done!.

This cheesecake is delicious and pretty easy to make.It was my first time making a cheesecake so I read through many of these reviews prior to.I added some cinnamon to the crust like one other reviewer did - and added some lemon juice and lemon extract to the filling - it was just a slight lemon flavor but perfect!
